We offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding $1,000 USD. For orders below $1,000, a standard shipping fee will apply at checkout.

All orders are shipped via FedEx-DHL, fully insured, securely packaged, and tracked from the moment they leave our workshop. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order dispatches.

As each piece is custom crafted specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Every ring, every setting, every diamond is prepared exclusively for you — which is what makes it truly yours.
