At Mitva Jewels, we take full responsibility for the quality and accuracy of every order we send out. If something is not right, we want to hear from you and we will work to resolve it.
RETURN WINDOW
Loose Diamonds
- Your first return as a customer includes a complimentary prepaid insured shipping label
- Subsequent returns may attract a $50 processing fee per shipment
Finished Jewelry
- A 35% restocking fee applies to all accepted jewelry returns
- This amount will be subtracted from your total refund
FEES THAT APPLY
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to get in touch with us regarding a return or exchange request.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Loose Diamonds
For a loose diamond return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The diamond must be unmounted, unworn, and in its original condition
- All grading certificates, original packaging, and accompanying documents must be returned
- Your order number or proof of purchase must be provided at the time of request
Finished Jewelry
- Only pieces that are explicitly listed as eligible for return on the product page will be considered
- The item must be in its original unworn condition with all packaging intact
- Accepted returns on finished jewelry will incur a 35% restocking fee calculated on the order value
Items We Cannot Accept Back - Jewelry that has been custom designed and produced to your personal specifications
- Orders where the final design was reviewed and approved by the customer prior to production
- Any purchase made under a final sale or promotional offer
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1 — Get in Touch
Write to us at sales@mitvajewels.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. If your return qualifies, we will provide you with a prepaid insured shipping label and step by step guidance.
Step 2 — Pack It Carefully
Place the item back in its original box along with all certificates and paperwork. Please avoid writing our brand name on the outside of the parcel for security reasons during transit.
Step 3 — Dispatch the Parcel
Use only the shipping label we provide. This ensures your item is covered by insurance against any loss or damage while in transit.
AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN
Our team will inspect the returned item within 4 to 7 business days of receipt
If everything is in order, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
For jewelry returns, the applicable restocking fee will be deducted before the refund is issued
If 15 business days have passed since our confirmation and you have not received your refund, please write to us directly
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply initiate a return for the original piece and place a fresh order for the one you want. The same return conditions and fees will apply to the returned item.
UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be revised periodically. The version that was live on our website at the time of your purchase is the one that governs your order.
